2019 - Contributing to Community Vitality
Lifetrack has contributed to community vitality for over 70 years, empowering individuals and families to build skills, confidence and resiliency. Lifetrack offers three distinct service areas: Families Together Services, Employment Services and Deaf and Hard of Hearing – Family Services. Within these service areas we connect with individuals as they develop knowledge and skills to navigate life’s opportunities and challenges. We provide participants with culturally specific support and mentorship to help guide success, while creating access to tangible opportunities.

2018 - Making Real Change Possible
At Lifetrack, our mission is to strengthen the resiliency in families experiencing the greatest disparities in education, health, employment and income. We accomplish this mission through three critical service areas: Child & Family, Employment and Deaf & Hard of Hearing. It is through these services that we make real change possible.

2017 - Committed to the People that We Serve and the Community We Share
At Lifetrack, our vision is that all families in Minnesota are empowered to reach their full potential. We believe that when this happens, our communities benefit – it makes for improved health, happiness and opportunity all around.
It's our connection to one another that makes success possible and gets us back on our feet after a setback. Yet, some of us do not have access to these important relationships - that's where Lifetrack comes in. We are committed to the people that we serve and the community we share. Together we thrive!

2016 - Together We Thrive
At Lifetrack, our vision is that all families in Minnesota are empowered to reach their full potential. We believe that when this happens, our communities benefit – it makes for improved health, happiness and opportunity all around.
Many people have networks of support they need through their families, schools, employers, community organizations and friends. But some people have very few of these connections. That’s where Lifetrack steps in – to be a web of support so that families gain tools and build resilience to power through life’s challenges.
